摘要

淀粉作为一种重要的可再生资源，有着很好的发展前景，而挤出机在对淀粉进行的改性加工中发挥着重要作用。本文参考了近期的有关文献，介绍了挤出机机械特性及共挤出物作用两方面因素对淀粉挤出物性质的影响及其大致机理。

Abstract

In this paper

a review of the property modifications of starch extrudates is presented. The effects of both the extrusion conditions and the additives are discussed.
