综述了水动力色谱(HDC) 的理论研究及三种主要水动力色谱方法，即微毛细管HDC、毛细管HDC 和填充柱HDC，并着重介绍了HDC 在胶体颗粒及聚合物大分子的分析与分离方面的应用。

In this paper

the theoretical studies of the hydrodynamic chromatography(HDC) and the three types of HDC:microcapillary HDC

capillary HDC and packed-column HDC are reviewed.Then

the HDC’s applications to the analysis and separation of colloidal particles and macromolueules are also introduced.
