报道了有机高分子材料学科1997～1999年的基金项目申请与评审概况，分析了申请中的热点，讨论了基金申请应注意的问题，概述了学科鼓励领域、主要任务和发展趋势，发布了2000年申请指南。

Abstract

It provides basic information on the project application and proposal evaluation from 1997 to 1999 fiscal year of Division of Polymeric Materials of NSFC. The hot topics have been analyzed. The issues should pay much attention during application have been discussed. The encouraging areas for grant and the guidance for application have been briefly introduced. .
