摘要

总结了近年来国内外透皮给药医用高分子材料、促进透皮吸收的化学和物理方法研究成果，介绍了透皮控释给药研究的最新发展动向。

Abstract

In this review we focus on the recent advances in biomedical polymer materials and enhancing the transdermal rate of drug by chemical and physical method.The progresses on the study of TTS at home and abroad are also described.
