摘要

聚β-羟基丁酸酯（PHB）作为一种天然的可生物降解材料

因其良好的生物相容性

广泛应用于生物医用领域。而静电纺丝技术是获得纳米纤维最理想的方法之一

目前已成功制备出多种不同类型的纳米纤维

尤其在制备复合纳米纤维方面取得了显著成果。本文论述了国内外静电纺PHB 基纳米纤维的研究现状和进展

重点介绍了静电纺PHB 基纳米纤维影响因素

分析了其产品性能和潜在的应用前景

最后指出了静电纺 PHB 基纳米纤维需要解决的若干问题

展望了静电纺PHB 基纳米纤维的发展前景。

Abstract

PHB is a kind of nature biodegradable high molecular materials.Because of its excellent biocompatibility

PHB has been used widely in the biomedical field.The electrospinning technique seems to be the most suitable one in order to obtain nanofibers and has successfully prepared many different kinds of nanofibers

especially in the aspect of preparing composite nanofibers.This paper presents the status and progress of electrospun PHB based nanofibres.The influence factors of electrospun PHB based nanofibres are introduced and the performance and future potential of its production are analyzed.Lastly

some problems to be solved in future on electrospun PHB based nanofibres are proposed and the development prospect of the electrospun PHB based nanofibres is as well forecasted.
