摘要

以聚丙二醇-400(PPG-400)和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料，合成了一种反应型大分子单体。以聚醚多元醇 GP-330为基础聚醚，苯乙烯和丙烯腈为单体，AIBME为引发剂，异丙醇和十二硫醇为链转移剂，制得的反应型大分子单体为分散剂，合成了聚合物多元醇。考察了合成聚合物多元醇的适宜条件，并用MS、GPC、DSC、偏光显微镜，激光粒度分析仪等分析方法对产物进行表征。

Abstract

A reactive macromonomer was synthesized by using PPG-400 and maleic anhydride as raw materials

then polymer polyols were synthesized in the presence of the synthesized reactive macromononer

GP-330 as basic polyether

styrene and acrylonitrile as monomers

AIBME as initiator

isopropyl alcohol and 1-dodecanethiol as a chain transfer agent. The optimal conditions of synthesizing polymer polyols were investigated and the obtained products were characterized by MS

GPC

DSC

polarization microscopy

and laser particle size analyzer.
