摘要

聚磷酸酯是一类主链通过磷酸酯键连接结构单元的高分子材料

由于其具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和可功能化修饰等优点

逐渐引起研究者的关注

尤其在生物医用材料领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文首先对聚磷酸酯的合成方法(缩聚法、加成聚合法、烯烃复分解聚合法及开环聚合法)进行综述

在此基础上进一步介绍聚磷酸酯在药物载体、基因载体和组织工程等生物医用材料领域的应用

并对其发展前景进行展望。

Abstract

Polyphosphoesters(PPEs)have many repeating phosphoester linkages in their backbone

which allow the introduction of various functional groups. PPEs-based materials have drawn large attentions in potential applications

especially in biomedical materials

due to their favorable biodegradability

biocompatibility

as well as facile functionalization. In this review

we focused on the recent progress of the synthesis of PPEs. The biomedical applications and future developments of PPEs were further discussed based on the previous concept.
