Preliminarily Study on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents with Teaching Reform of Polymer Experiment
Experimental teaching is an effective form in the colleges of science and engineering talent cultivation
while the colleges undertaking the historical mission of cultivating innovative talents. Based on the background of the cultivation of innovative talents
the new approach was adopted to solve the problem of polymer materials students
such as the low learning enthusiasm and the disconnection between theory and practice. Teaching research and reform was developed to improve the culturing of innovative talents. The purpose is to motivate the students’ interest in learning the subject of polymer materials and overcome the separation of theory from practice. Practice showed that these reform measures can effectively stimulate students’ learning interest
improve practical ability and innovative consciousness
and it is an important way of cultivating students’ comprehensive quality.
