摘要

高分子材料加工实训是培养学生实践动手能力、安全生产能力、创新能力和强化学生职业能力的重要实践性教学环节。本文结合池州学院现有的软硬件设施及周边相关高分子加工企业情况，通过对近年来高分子材料加工实训现状调研分析，探讨了“安全生产实训+仿真实训+生产实训”有机结合的高分子材料加工实训教学模式，培养了一支“双师型”教师队伍，为地方应用型院校高分子材料与工程专业的材料加工实训教学提供有益经验和参考。

Abstract

Polymer materials processing training is an important part of practice process in regular education

which can train students practical capability

safety production capacity

innovation capacity and vocational capability. Considering the relevant devices and software of Chizhou University and the circumstances of the periphery related polymer materials processing enterprise

and through the research analysis of the present situation of polymer materials processing training in recent years

a teaching model of polymer materials processing training was explored

which combined safety production training

simulation training and production training. Then

a double-qualified teacher team was cultivated. The explorations and achievements of this teaching training mode construction was introduced in this paper

which may provide useful experience and reference to the teaching model of polymer materials processing training in local universities.
