摘要

《聚合物成型加工》作为本科院校高分子材料与工程专业的必修专业课程

在教学过程中要坚持理论教学和实践教学两手抓

既要使学生掌握一定的理论基础

又要培养学生的实践应用能力。针对本校的培养 “应用型人才”的培养方针

围绕聚合物成型加工课程的理论基础

我们在实践教学体系改革的过程中

改变了原有独立的、缺乏直接联系的实验内容

建立了综合性、系统性的实验课程和实践教学体系

让学生全面了解聚合物成型加工工艺流程。而且

我们根据聚合物成型加工教学内容多样化的特点

对教学方法和考核方式等都进行了系统性的改革

体现加多样化和人性化的课程设计

强调提高学生的综合素质。

Abstract

As a degree course for undergraduates of polymer major

the polymer processing course focuses on both academic teaching and practical teaching.Students should master the basic theory and the primary concept of polymer processing.At the same time

it is also very important for everyone to increase the ability of application the theory and concept on practice.As the basic aim of our university

the capacity of students

acquiring and applying knowledge

can be strengthened through the study of this course.Centering on theoretical foundation of the polymer processing course

the education system of experiment and practice would be established.The independent experimental schemes has been removed

a comprehensive experimental system has been established

which can show the systemic technological procedure of polymer processing for students.Moreover

on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of polymer processing

the diversification and hommization have been concerned in course of designing the education system.It is very important to improve the overall quality of students by reforming the contents of course

teaching and assessment methods.
