对反应型聚酰亚胺树脂的化学反应特性、流变特性等方面进行研究,并探索分阶段加压、加压温度等热压罐成型工艺参数对复合材料内部质量的影响,确定最优的PMR型聚酰亚胺复合材料热压罐成型工艺。此外,对PMR型聚酰亚胺复合材料的长时可重复使用性能进行评价。结果表明,分阶段梯度加压可有效提升复合材料的内部质量和力学性能;复合材料经历350 ℃/500 h老化后,老化失重率4.8%,玻璃化转变温度提升至433 ℃,力学性能保留率均大于68.4%,表现出优异的热稳定性,具备长时可重复使用能力。
To determine the optimal autoclave forming process of polymerized monomer reactant (PMR) polyimide composite
the chemical reaction characteristics and rheological properties of PMR polyimide resin were studied. And the effects of process parameters such as staged pressurization and pressurization temperature on the internal quality of the composites were explored. In addition
the long-term reusable properties of PMR polyimide composites were evaluated. The results showed that staged gradient pressurization can effectively improve the internal quality and mechanical properties of composites. After 350 ℃/500 h aging
the polyimide composites displayed excellent thermal stability and long-term reusability with the aging weight loss rate of 4.8%
the glass transition temperature of 433 ℃ and the mechanical property retention of 68.4%.
