  [ "白宗武男。1961年12月11日出生。1983年7月毕业于河北工学院化工系高分子专业，并留校任教。主要研究方向为耐热聚酰亚胺高分子的合成与应用、功能高分子的合成与改性。作为主要研究人员或课题组长完成过河北省科研课题3项，发表论文10篇。 1993年9月进入北京化工大学高分子系，在金日光教授的指导下攻读博士学位。在学期间发表有关高分子材料合成与改性及分子复合材料等方面的论文。1995年12月赴美国Akron大学做博士后研究至今。" ]

摘要

论述了原位分子复合材料的发展及最新研究动态，重点介绍了近十几年来国内外在原位聚合分子复合材料的制备、结构与性能、增强机理等方面的研究状况，预示了原位分子复合材料的开发前景。

Abstract

This paper describes new research and development of in situ polymerization molecular composites.The synthesis

structure and properties

reinforced mechanism of a several typical in situ polymerization molecular composites systems are introduced

for the recent 10 years. The prognosis of the development processes for commercial viability appears very good.
