从改变亲水/疏水单体比值、与离子单体共聚、改变水凝胶内部结构、调整凝胶溶胀剂四个方面介绍了合成具有不同临界相转变温度、温度响应速度及溶胀比的温敏水凝胶及此类凝胶在药物控释、分离萃取等方面的应用。
The newly advances in thermosensitive hydrogels
which have different Lower Critical Solution Temperature (LCST) and response tates based on different ratios of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups
copdymerlzing with ion monomers
adjusting molecular sturctures and swelling agents
were reviewed in accordance with their synthesises. In this paper
the thermosensitive hydrogels applications in drug delivery systems and seperation ect. were also discussed.
