A novel method of concentrated emulsion biphasic polymerization was proposed to prepare the poly- (butyl acrylate) (PBA) nonspherical particles. The effects of the types of polymer interlayer between PBA particles
the volume fraction of dispersed phase and the content of crosslinking agent on the heteromorphic extent of PBA particles were investigated. The results showed that the higher the volume fraction of dispersed phase and the content of divinyl benzene (DVB) crosslinking agent
