Particle-filled polymer composites with high dielectric constant can be used widely in electrical and electric industry since polymer/ceramic particle composites utilize easy fabrication
low dielectric loss and high breakdown strength of polymers as well as high dielectric constant of ceramics
and polymer filled with metal particles has good dielectric properties.In this paper
the research of dielectric mixture theory are reviewed
the composition
fabrication and influencing factor of dielectric properties of polymer/particle composites are also discussed with emphasis on the role of interfaces.At last
the prospects of the possible developments in the future are pointed out.
