摘要

近年来，纳米科技的蓬勃发展将颗粒乳化剂的研究热点从传统乳化领域拓展到纳米材料的制备领域。颗粒乳化剂体系也从最初的无机颗粒拓展到有机／无机复合颗粒乳化剂、聚合物颗粒乳化剂、天然大分子颗粒乳化剂等体系，并引起了科学家们的广泛关注。本文主要对大分子颗粒乳化剂近期研究进展进行了综述，介绍了颗粒乳化剂的基本概念和乳化机理，按化学组成分类阐述了大分子颗粒乳化剂的制备方法、环境响应性等研究进展，并对其应用研究及该领域的研究新趋势进行了介绍，对它的发展前景作了展望。

Abstract

With the advance of nano science and technology

the researches on particulate emulsifiers expanded from emulsion filed to nano material preparation. The kind of particulate emulsifiers also developed from inorganic particles to inorganic/organic composites

polymeric particulate emulsifiers

and natural macromolecule particulate emulsifiers; therefore the fast developments of them are received more attentions on the industry and academic in recent years. This paper reviewed recent progress on the macromolecular particulate emulsifiers. The basic concepts and the mechanism of the emulsification of Pickering emulsions were introduced

and the studies on the synthetic methods

the environmental responses and the applications of the macromolecular particulate emulsifiers were discussed. In addition

the new trends in this field were described and the future of macromolecular particulate emulsifiers was prospected.
