Graphene as the most popular nano-materials nowadays
attracting the attention of many researchers at home and abroad. Graphene has a huge application in thermal conductive epoxy composite materials prospects because of its high thermal conductivity. In this paper
the progress of thermal conductivity of graphene/epoxy composites is reviewed. The effects of various factors such as the regulation of the size of graphene
the complexing with other fillers and the surface modification of graphene are introduced in detail. In addition
the influence of the microstructure of the composites on thermal conductivity was analyzed. Finally
the development of thermal conductive graphene/epoxy composites is prospected. The technical difficulties and unknown mechanism in this field are also put forward.
