摘要

石油树脂具有良好的相容性、增粘性和热稳定性，而且由于其种类的多样性，可满足不同行业尤其是橡胶行业对高分子材料的特殊要求，因此在橡胶行业中得到广泛应用。本文综述了石油树脂的分类、性能特点，重点讨论石油树脂的合成过程中通过引入合适的活性基团改性和加氢改性等手段生产性能优越的改性石油树脂尤其对C5、C9石油树脂的改性及应用进行了详述。对石油树脂在国内外橡胶行业中的应用研究进展进行了简述，并对石油树脂的生产现状及未来发展前景和方向进行了展望。

Abstract

Petroleum resin has excellent compatibility

adhesiveness and thermal stability

and because of its variety

it can meet the special requirements of different industries

especially rubber industry for polymer materials

so it has been widely applied in rubber industry. In this paper

the classification and properties of petroleum resins are reviewed. The emphasis is laid on the production of hydrogenated petroleum resins with excellent properties through the introduction of suitable active groups

modification and hydrogenation modification

especially the modification and application of C5 and C9 petroleum resin were introduced in detail. The research and application of different types of petroleum resins in the domestic rubber-based tire industry

and outlined the current situation and development prospects of petroleum resin. The production status and future development prospect of petroleum resin are also prospected.
