The non-isothermal crystallization of PVDF and different proportions of PVDF/PVB was observed respectively at different cooling rates by differential scanning calorimeter.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of both PVDF and different proportions of PVDF/PVB were studied by Jeziorny equation and Mo Zhishen's method. The results show that at the same cooling rate
the increase of PVB content causes the crystallization temperature range to decrease first and then increase
the peak temperature first increases and then decreases
and the crystallinity increases first and then decreases
indicating that the addition of PVB to the crystallization of the blend. It promotes the post-inhibition effect; and the increase of PVB content
the
n
value of the blend increases
indicating that the crystal growth mode changes from near two-dimensional platelet growth to three-dimensional spherulite growth
and the addition of PVB promotes the blend. Generate multidimensional complex crystals.
