摘要

蛋白质-聚合物缀合物是通过非共价作用或共价键对蛋白质进行修饰得到的，可以有效调控蛋白质的稳定性和功能性。由于聚合物结构的可设计性和蛋白质功能的多样性，蛋白质-聚合物缀合物在生物材料方面有着广泛的应用前景。本文主要总结了蛋白质-聚合物缀合物的制备方法，并基于近年来国内外的相关文献综述了其研究新进展。

Abstract

Protein-polymer conjugates are obtained by modifying proteins through non-covalent interactions and covalent bonds

which can effectively regulate the stability and functionality of proteins. Due to the design flexibility of polymer structures and the diversity of protein functions

protein-polymer conjugates have broad application prospects in the field of biological materials. In this paper

the preparation methods and the latest progress of protein-polymer conjugates are reviewed based on the related literatures at home and abroad in recent years.
