The results show that the best protein type is whey protein and the concentration of the best treating agent of urea solution is 3mol/L and the mass of crosslinking agent of thiourea is 9g and the mass of sodium lignin is 4. 5g and the the mass of emulsion is 10g and its ratio for protein with thiourea is 30 : 9.
