Polymer rheology is one of core courses for the professional of polymer materials and engineering
and it is now widely used in the field of new energy. Polymer rheology is a highly theoretical course involving multiple subject knowledge
such as advanced mathematics
linear algebra
the principles of chemical engineering and polymer chemistry. In the teaching process within a limited time
it is of significance for the students to understand the service objectives and acquire enough theoretical knowledge. In the teaching process of polymer rheology
the aggregate teaching method could be used to stimulate the students' interest in learning
improve their learning efficiency and enhance the teaching quality of the teachers. The contents of the aggregate teaching method are as follows: Firstly
the service objectives should be proposed based on the portal of the applied courses. Secondly
a knowledge framework for the service goals should be established by collecting the decentralized knowledge. Thirdly
an appropriate amount of exercises based on the service goals must be well-designed to expand their thinking. Finally
all of the content should be summarized to outline a good beautiful feature for the students. The proposed aggregate teaching method may provide new ideas for the enhancement of teaching quality of application-oriented curriculum.
