hardness and creep behavior of CB/PP composites filled with carbon black were studied by nanoindentation. The results shows that due to the strengthening effect of carbon black particles on CB/PP composites
elastic modulus and hardness of the composite increased with the increase of CB content. The creep stress index and creep characteristic relaxation time of pure PP and CB/PP composites were obtained
the results show that the increased content of CB not only increases the creep stress index of the composite but also improves the hardness and fatigue resistance. At the same time
with the increasing of CB
the creep characteristic relaxation time of the composite decreases
which indicate that the CB particles effectively hinder the movement of the polymer molecular chain.
