摘要

生物高分子甲壳素是自然界最丰富的氨基多糖

其最重要的衍生物壳聚糖是近年来国内外学术界和工业界广泛研究的对象。甲壳素和壳聚糖具有广阔的应用前景

通过适当、有效的结构修饰

可以充分挖掘它们的潜力。本文重点介绍甲壳素和壳聚糖的化学改性及其在相关医药学领域的应用。

Abstract

Chitin is the most abundant amino polysaccharide in nature and its most important derivative chitosan has been widely studied in the academic and industrial circles worldwide in recent years. Appropriate and efficient structural modifications enable chitin and chitosan to gain full development with potential application prospects. This paper focuses on the chemical modification of chitin and chitosan and its application in the related fields of medicine and pharmacy.
