壳聚糖具有抗菌、止血、无毒、促凝血、可降解以及良好的生物相容性等特点
现已被广泛应用于止血海绵的制备研究。本文针对单纯壳聚糖力学强度不足的缺点
综述了壳聚糖添加交联剂京尼平、醛类、单宁酸增强力学强度的研究进展;针对单纯壳聚糖不易溶于水的特点
综述了壳聚糖改性为羧甲基壳聚糖
壳聚糖季铵盐和烷基化壳聚糖增加或减少溶解度的研究进展;针对单纯壳聚糖止血效果不佳的特点
综述了通过加入聚乙烯醇、明胶、胶原等有机或无机材料改善其止血效果的研究进展。
As a new hemostatic material
chitosan has been widely studied in recent years based on the characteristics of antibiosis
hemostasis
non-toxic
thromboplastin
biodegradation and biocompatibility. According to the defect of mechanical properties
hydrophobicity and slow hemostasis rate of chitosan
this paper review the research progress of chitosan with different cross-linking agents for increasing the mechanical properties
such as Jingniping
aldehydes and tannic acids. Furthermore
we also report the research progress of modification of chitosan for enhancing or decreasing solubility in water
such as carboxymethyl chitosan
chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and alkylated chitosan. Finally
we review chitosan composites by adding organic and inorganic materials for improving the hemostatic potential
including polyvinyl alcohol
gelatin and collagen.
