polymer nanomaterials have been used in the research of drug delivery system. The stimuliresponsive polymer nanocarriers has become a research hotspot because of its good drug loading stability and biocompatibility. The responsive polymer nanocarrier can achieve the purpose of controlled drug release by giving appropriate stimulation under various internal or external conditions. In this study
we describe the research progress of several single stimuli and multiple stimuli-responsive polymer materials and their advantages for carriers of anticancer drugs. Meanwhile
we put forward the perspective on the study of polymer nanomaterials
which can provide some reference for the research.
