no delamination after long-term storage
and excellent pour point depressant effect was developed. The effects of the addition of vinyl acetate
polymerization temperature
pressure
emulsifier type
emulsification temperature and stirring rate on the EVA emulsion were studied. The optimal process conditions were: the reaction pressure 20MPa; the reaction temperature 80℃; the ratio of vinyl acetate to solvent was 3∶ 4; the composite emulsifier was AEO-3∶sodium oleate=1∶3; the emulsification temperature 90℃; the stirring revolutions 1500r/min. The emulsion pour point depressant has the advantages of high stability and good dispersibility. When applied to Niger crude oil
the pour point reduction range can reach 12℃.
