the undergraduate school of Zhejiang University set up English- Taught Courses Led by Overseas Teachers in 2015. Taking this opportunity

the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University invited Prof. Andreas Greiner

Prof. Hans-Werner Schmidt and Prof. Seema Agarwal from the University of Bayreuth in Germany to offer an English-Taught Course "Progress in Polymer Science and Engineering" on the basis of three core professional courses "Polymer Chemistry"

"Polymer Physics" and "Polymer Materials" . The motivation of this course is to enable students to get familiar with the courses from another perspective

strengthen their English communication ability

and improve the internationalization of undergraduate education in our department. This paper summarized the teaching content

teaching effect and students' experience of this course. Combined with the current trend of internationalization of undergraduate education in universities

we want to share the teaching experience of English-Taught Courses.
