Jing-ru LIU. Thoughts on the Teaching of Chain Entanglement in Polymer Physics[J]. Polymer Bulletin, 2021,34(12):84-87. DOI: 10.14028/j.cnki.1003-3726.2021.12.011.
The entanglement is characteristic of polymer chains
resulting in particular crystal structure and motion mode of polymer
as well as high internal viscosity of polymer melt and favorable strength of polymer material. In the teaching course of polymer physics
the relevant knowledge points involved in entanglement were sorted out and integrated
and the relationship between entanglement and crystallization
rubber plateau
mechanical properties and viscosity was introduced and summarized in detail. This will help students better master the thinking logic of the polymer system and integrate the important knowledge points of polymer physics. Students strengthen their understanding and memory
and deepen the understanding of the structural characteristics
motion mode and the relationship between structure and performance of polymer.
