摘要

国家大力推进工程教育的背景下

高校迎来人才培养的机遇和挑战

需要不断优化专业人才培养目标

构建科学严谨的课程体系

大力推进课堂教学改革

切实提升教育教学质量。本文基于OBE教育理念

探索工科专业有效教学的实现问题

从人才培养方案的顶层设计思考OBE理念的融入

从人才培养目标达成寻找教学体系的支点

从优化教学内容和方法探索有效的教学模式。遵循系统性等原则提出基于赛课结合的“阶梯成长模型”

将课外竞赛融入到课堂教学过程

培养提升学生创新思维和工程能力

达成培养经济社会建设发展需要的工程人才目标。

Abstract

Under the background of the national promotion of engineering education

colleges and universities are facing opportunities and challenges of talent training

which call for optimizing professional talent training objectives

constructing curriculum system of scientific and rigorous

promoting teaching reform of classroom

and improving the quality of education and teaching. Based on the educational concept of OBE

this paper explored effective classroom teaching methods

thinking about the integration of the OBE concept base on top-level design of talent training program

Seeking the fulcrum of the teaching system base on goal of talent training

exploring effective teaching mode based on optimizing teaching content and methods. Follow the systemic principles

this paper proposed the model of "ladder growth model" combination competition and course

integrates extracurricular competition into the process classroom teaching

trains students' innovative thinking and engineering ability

and achieving the goal of cultivating engineering talents for economic construction and social development.
