A comprehensive experiment was designed to prepare drug-loaded fiber membrane containing paeonol and using polycaprolactone as carrier by electrospinning. The experiment involves the preparation and characterization test of drug-loaded fiber membrane. The drug-loaded fiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning technology
which was characterized by Infrared spectrometer (IR)
scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Through this experiment
the students can understand the preparation methods and characterization techniques of nanofiber membrane
master the principle and operation technology of IR
