Adiponitrile is an important basic organic chemical raw material. For a long time
the domestic adiponitrile synthesis technology has been restricted by the technological monopoly of developed countries and almost completely relied on imports
which greatly hindered the development of the domestic nylon 66 industry. The butadiene hydrocyanation process is currently the most important adiponitrile production process in the world
and the isomerization reaction of 2- methyl-3 butenenitrile directly affects the economics of the entire process. This review summarizes the research progress of 2-methyl-3butenenitrile isomerization ligands and catalysts
and introduces the catalytic mechanism
reaction technology and the influence of Lewis acid. At the end of the article
the current problems of catalysts are explained
and possible future research ideas and challenges are pointed out
hoping to provide ideas for the technical development of catalysts in the domestic adiponitrile synthesis industry.
