The esterification of diethylene glycol and maleic anhydride is used to prepare the micro-crosslinking assistant
and then copolymerized with unsaturated polyether macromonomer and unsaturated acid to prepare a highly adaptable polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The effects of the polyether monomer type
the ratio of acid-ether and the amount of micro-crosslinking auxiliary agent on the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were experimentally studied.The results show that when the acid-to-ether ratio is 3.6 and the amounts of oxidant
reducing agent
chain transfer agent
and micro-crosslinking aid are 1.8%

0.6%
and 6%
respectively
of the total monomer mass
the polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared can effectively improve the adaptability problems caused by the complexity of concrete raw materials and the high mud content of sand and gravel
and it has good tolerance to sand and gravel aggregates with high mud content.
