coating practice teaching resources is in great shortage
which seriously restricts the cultivation of innovative consciousness and high-quality talents. We apply virtual simulation technology to develop the virtual simulation experiment of wood green coating
and simulate the operation process of wood coating environment
coating equipment and coating process in the actual experiment
which solves the experimental teaching bottleneck of high cost
high risk
high consumption and large footprint in coating experiment. The developed virtual simulation experiment break through the traditional coating experiment teaching time and space limitations
effectively extend the experimental teaching content
and help students better understand the relevant process principle
operating environment
process and control system
production safety.
