摘要

Abstract

This paper has reviewed the effects of factors including the inherent structural factors and the external conditions on the rotatory of optically active polymers (OAP) . It is the conformation that takes the most important part in determining the rotatory power of the polymer. An ordered single helix can result in an extremely high degree of optical activity.
