Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites are usually called as thermoplastic glass fiber reinforced plastics. It has become an good candidate for common thermoset glass fiber reinforced plastics due to excellent mechanical property

easily controllable processing approach and recyclability. Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were fabricated through injection molding by adding the compatilizer and other additives. The aim is to achieve a kind of friendly-environmental recyclable composites

meeting the requirement of environmental protection. The tensile and bending properties of the composites were evaluated on the universal tensile machine to prove the enhancement effect of long glass fiber polypropylene particles. The results indicated that long glass fiber can be compatible with polypropylene very well

which affords a uniform distribution inside the polymer matrix for effective reinforcement effect.
