In the test of the macromolecular weight and molecular weight distribution by Gel permeation chromatography(GPC)
according to the phenomenon that the micromolecule ethylene glycol’s peak time is constant in the system
this research used ethylene glycol’s peak time as a marker
The chromatographs under the relative time are used to establish a calibration curve which istransformed from those under the absolute time. This project solves the problems caused by the repeatability of GPC instrument’s instability
the declination of chromatographic column efficiency and the replacement of chromatographic column in the records of chromatogram
