Polyamide/polyaniline conductive fiber was prepared by in-situ polymerization
FTIR and microscope characterization showed that PANI had been coated on the surface of the fiber
and the conductivity of the composite fiber was tested
the single variable method was used to study the influence factors that aniline polymerized with different conditions for the conductivity of the fiber
and the effect of reaction temperature on the reaction process and the conductivity was discussed
the optimum conditions as follows: polyamide fiber was pre-treated by soaking in 30% HCOOH for 20min
aniline is 0. 8M
ammonium persulfate is 1M
doping agent is HCl (0. 8M)
polymerized in ice-water bath for 4h. Finally
the conductivity of polyamide/polyaniline conductive fiber obtained can reach to 3. 7S/m.
