摘要

根据工程教育专业认证要求

分析“高分子浆料浆纱工艺综合实验”课程教学的现状及存在问题

基于专业认证视角

提出该实验课程改革的思路和方法。为更好地适应专业认证要求

增强学生解决复杂工程问题的能力

明确了该课程支撑的毕业要求和课程指标点

更新了教学大纲、实验设备

新增浆料制备

以及浆液、浆膜性能测试等实验教学环节

增加设计性、创新性实验项目比例

并更新了课程考核方式

在提高学生解决复杂工程问题能力的同时

实现课程内容的可持续改进。

Abstract

According to the guidance of accreditation standard

the present situation and existing problems of comprehensive experiments on sizing and weaving technology were analyzed. Based on the perspective of accreditation

the reform ideas and methods for the experiment curriculum were pointed out. To fulfill the accreditation requirements and improve students’ ability of solving the complex engineering problems

the supported graduation requirements of the course were specified. In addition

the teaching program and experimental equipment were updated

the experimental teaching programs such as preparation of sizes

performance measurement of the size paste and film were added. The proportion of designing and innovative experimental projects was increased

and the assessment method of the course was updated

so as to improve the students' ability to solve complex engineering problems and the sustainable improvement of the course content was realized.
