the copolymerizations of ethylene and propylene were performed within a microchannel of 1/8 inch stainless steel tube. The influence of polymerization temperature
residence time
microchannel tube length and feed ratio on its catalytic activity of metallocene
molecular weight and its distribution of ethylene/propylene copolymerization
microstructure and thermal properties are studied. The results show that copolymers of ethylene and propylene are successfully continuous synthesized in the microchannel reactor.
