) composite nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning technology and applied in the adsorption of heavy metal ion Cu

in water. The composite nanofiber membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)
X-ray diffraction (XRD)
contact angle and mechanical properties. The results show that the surface of the composite nanofiber film is smooth
and the fibers are randomly arranged in three dimensions. After adding TiO

the average diameter of nanofibers decreased and the hydrophilicity was greatly improved. The tensile strength and elongation at break are 9.56 MPa and 15.46%
respectively. The adsorption results showed that the saturated adsorption of SA/TiO

nanofiber membrane for a single component of Cu

could reach 76.99 mg/g. The adsorption process can be described by Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models. From the correlation coefficient
