摘要

综述了近年来国内外在含氟芳杂环高分子方面的研究及应用进展情况。主要介绍了含氟聚苯并咪唑（PBI）、聚苯并唑（PBO）、聚芳醚（PAE）及其衍生物等材料。从含氟单体的合成、聚合物的合成及其应用等几个方面进行了阐述。

Abstract

Research and development of fluorinated heteroaromatic polymers

such as polybenzimidazoles

polybenzoxazole and poly (arylene ether) and so on

have been summarized. The synthesis of fluorinated monomers

aromatic tetraamines and diacids and the fluorinated heteroaromatic polymers were discussed in detail

respectively. The applications of fluorinated heteroaromatic polymers in microelectronics fields were introduced at the same time.
