in which the electrostatic interaction becomes the most effective driving force and has been widely applied to the layer_by_layer assembly between polyions.In this paper

the preparation of layer_by_layer assembly films of nanoparticles based on non_ covalent force was briefly introduced.The methods for characterizing the composition 、morphology 、thickness and structure of the multilayer films was summarized.The fundamental mechanism on the forming of multilayer assembly films was analyzed and the electrostatic interaction was considered to be the leading driving force.Several common types of nanoparticle layer_by_layer assembly were described.The potential application of nanoparticle layer_by_layer assembly was also discussed.
